Orange crushed brick(Chamota)
Also called grancilla terracotta, crushed ceramics, ceramic clay or Graz, Crushed brick (chamota) is used in the creation of gardens, parks, roads and trails because of its bright orange colour and for being a 100% organic material.
The chamotte is crushed fired ceramics, classified by size. We have three sizes available 0-3 mm, 3-6 mm and 6-14 mm.
It is a natural, clean, no smearing and non-staining, but also non-abrasive material. It has great drainage qualities, prevents from evaporation, keeping moisture and reducing the need of irrigation.
It is also used for tennis courts and running tracks, to decorate pots, jarrons and to mix with conventional substrates.
